Job Description:

1. Responsible for the chemical synthesis, purification and separation, quality identification and analysis of gene drugs according to the project arrangement and requirements of the supervisor;

2. Responsible for experimental design and correct implementation; Observe the experimental phenomenon carefully, regulate the operation, correctly handle the experimental results;

3. To the problems in the experiment, can seriously think, put forward reasonable improvement suggestions and pay to implement;

4. According to the requirements of the company, summarize the work experience in time and submit the experimental data truthfully;

5. Cooperate with other departments to complete other related work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, 0-3 years working experience;

2. Have professional knowledge and practical operation ability of organic synthesis, drug synthesis, instrumental chemical analysis, biochemistry, etc.

3. Proficient in organic chemical synthesis route design and specific experimental operation;

4. Proficient in various organic reactions, various product separation techniques, independent judgment to determine the structure of compounds, have the ability to analyze various chromatogram (NMR, LC/MS, HPLC);

5. Experience in multi-step organic synthesis;

6. Experience in synthesis of nucleosides, small nucleic acids, various phosphodiesters, phosphorimides, monosaccharides and related derivatives is preferred;

7. Proficient in literature patent retrieval, and can read English literature; Correctly write experimental records and reports in both Chinese and English;

8. Proactive in work, practical and aspirant, good conduct, with a high sense of responsibility and professional spirit, good sense of teamwork and communication skills.
