Synerk is looking for an experienced high-throughput screening team leader to support Synerk's drug research. Candidates are required to lead a team that integrates traditional technologies into a high-throughput screening platform (including automated pipettes, all-band labeled instruments, qPCR, and data processing software). He will work with other early stage R&D departments to optimize the compounds and lay a solid foundation for the next generation of products.

Job Description:

1. Establish a cell-based assay system to evaluate the efficacy of compounds and the principle of action of compounds;

2. Cooperate with the biological information department to improve the workflow and improve the systematic data management platform such as data processing;

3. Integrate traditional biochemical and cell experiments into a high-throughput screening platform;

4. Analyze and solve questions in experimental design and data analysis, and optimize the experiment;

5. Pay attention to and introduce new biotechnology in the market;

6. Analyze the data and present the results at the project team meeting;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in biology or biochemistry, with 2-3 years of relevant working experience;

2. Experience in laboratory automation, high-throughput screening is preferred;

3. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English;

4. Strong team management ability and coordination and cooperation ability;

5. Strict and meticulous work and initiative.
