Synerk is looking for an experienced BioR&D manager/Senior manager to support Synerk's drug development. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple R&D projects, be familiar with in vitro and in vivo experimental methods, and be able to analyze experimental results, solve experimental problems, coordinate resources, and be responsible for building management teams. He will work with other early stage R&D departments to optimize the compounds and lay a solid foundation for the next generation of products. This position requires working with other departments within the company and communicating with third CRO or partners.

Job Description:

1. Establish an in vivo and in vitro experimental system to evaluate the efficacy of compounds and the principle of action of compounds;

2. Be responsible for team building and leading the team to complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor;

3. Cooperate with the biological information department to improve the workflow and improve the systematic data management platform such as data processing;

4. Analyze and solve questions in experimental design and data analysis, and optimize the experiment;

5. Pay attention to and introduce new biotechnology in the market;

6. Analyze the data and present the results at the project team meeting;

7. Complete the internal experiment report to prepare for the IND;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in biology or biochemistry, with 5-10 years of relevant working experience;

2. Experience in laboratory automation, high-throughput screening is preferred;

3. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English;

4. Strong team management ability and coordination and cooperation ability;

5. Strict and meticulous work and initiative.
