Job Description:

1. Assist in the establishment of an in vivo and in vitro experimental system to evaluate the chemical modification, delivery methods and efficacy of small nucleic acids in nerve channels;

2. Assist in experimental optimization, data analysis, and report work progress at team meetings;

3. Complete the tasks arranged by the superior leaders in time and be able to communicate and answer questions with other researchers;

4. Pay attention to the latest biotechnology development and market research and development of new drugs.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, major in pharmacy, biotechnology, animal medicine, toxicology and other biomedicine related fields, 3-5 years relevant working experience;

2. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English;

3. Master a number of molecular biotechnology (such as qRT-PCR, Western, molecular cloning, basic cell/nerve cell/stem cell culture or differentiation, transfection, stable cell generation, AAV or adenovirus generation, confocal microscope, flow, etc.);

4. Have certain animal experiment experience, such as taking brain/blood/other organs, brain or muscle drug injection, etc;

5. Experience in animal behavior experiments is preferred;

6. Be familiar with statistical principles and apply them to experimental design and analysis.
